Standard Issue Barber Supplies uses Australia Post to deliver our products to all locations within Australia. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of the order being placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $50.00 AUD.
Free Shipping is calculated based on total item value, excluding sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD
Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia. All parcels are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Meadowbrook, QLD.
Within QLD: 2 – 4 business days approx.
Interstate: 3 – 6 business days approx.

Express Shipping
We offer a low-rate Express Shipping service through the Standard Issue Barber Supplies online store. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for your express parcel to arrive. Visit the Australia Post website for more information on express delivery timeframes.
Important Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once your products are on their way, we are unable to redirect your order.
We work closely with our shipping partner (Australia Post) to minimize delivery delays.
The delivery times provided are estimates only. We will not be held liable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made if stock is not available.
All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide us with.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We shall not be responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Address confirmation is given on the ‘Review And Buy’ page in the checkout section of the site.
Change of Address
If an incorrect address is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact a customer care representative immediately and we will attempt to update any incorrect order details. However, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.
Acceptance of Goods
You are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault, damage, or defect, and for notifying us within 48 hours upon receiving the goods should there be a fault, damage, or defect.
